Valentina Kova offers all ground shipments at a flat rate of $15. If your order is needed sooner, please contact us at + 1 212.600.4909 for delivery options and pricing. 

Return Policy

Valentina Kova will refund any product purchased from Valentina Kova E-Commerce provided that you submit your request within 30 days from the product delivery date. This date may be determined by courier services such as UPS or FedEx.

All merchandise is eligible for returns. All clothing and jewelry merchandise must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached. All perfumes and candles must be returned unopened, with its original tag and in its original unopened packaging. Any packaging shipped during the initial shipment must also be returned. If any product returned shows any signs of wear, use or altered in any way, or the return request will not be accepted.
