How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed will be processed within 3 business days. Delivery occurs approximately 3 to 5 business days after processing. Delivery time is only an estimate and may be delayed due to supply chain disruptions.

How do I return or exchange an item ordered via ValentinaKova.com?

ValentinaKova.com will accept return merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached and accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase at ValentinaKova.com. 

If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Orders will be shipped using FedEx Ground delivery service.
